Ray Peterson, CEO of RugbyRecruiting.com, Principal in USA Sevens, Owner of Direct Reach Sports Consultants, was the Managing Director of USA Sevens from inception through the first two years in Las Vegas. ARMG is co-owned by him and USA Sevens and is set up to develop new and necessary support elements for the development of rugby on all levels in the United States. The CRCP Program that was launched in Boston on December 3, 2011, is the Collegiate Recruitment and Combine Program. It is designed to make performance statistics available to athletes and college coaches, to enable coaches across the country to evaluate athletes, look at GPA’s and determine if any athlete meets their school’s criteria and then contact them directly. It is the first meaningful nationwide recruitment tool available for both athletes and coaches. Integrating College representatives at each CRPC allow athletes and their parents an opportunity to learn more about specific schools and their rugby programs directly from the schools and coaches.
Sean Hopper, Director of Operations at RugbyRecruiting.com and Project Coordinator for USA Sevens. Sean earned a B.A. in Psychology from Hamilton College while playing on the Varsity Football Team. He later received his Masters in Sports Business Management from Manhattaville College.
Erica Garcia, Manager of Operations and Outreach at RugbyRecruting.com. A California native, Erica graduated from Manhattanville College with a B.A. in Political Science while playing on the Varsity Women’s Hockey Team. Erica is currently studying at Manhattanville College for her Masters in Sports Business Management.
